1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the gt99d platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager — whether on casino games, sports markets, or any other product offered by gt99d — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the registration process or, where registration has not yet occurred, from the moment you first access any part of the gt99d platform.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

3.2 Accuracy of Information

3.3 Account Security

All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility unless you can demonstrate to gt99d's reasonable satisfaction that unauthorised access occurred.

4.4 No Transaction Fees

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your account KYC verification has been completed and approved. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical feasibility. gt99d reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

5.2 Processing Times

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

6 Bonuses & Promotions

gt99d employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets solely to meet wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors, or any coordinated activity designed to generate illegitimate bonus withdrawals. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited immediately, and the account may be permanently suspended.

6.4 Offer Availability

Promotional offers are time-limited and may be withdrawn or amended by gt99d at any time without prior notice. Eligibility for specific promotions may vary by account tier, payment method, or geographic location. gt99d is not obligated to extend any promotional offer beyond its stated validity period.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on gt99d are subject to acceptance by the platform. gt99d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are not accepted on credit. A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted by the gt99d system and a confirmation reference has been issued to the player.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error, gt99d reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the relevant stakes to the player's account. This includes but is not limited to: incorrect odds displayed due to a data feed error, game malfunctions in casino titles, or settlement errors. gt99d will endeavour to identify and correct such errors promptly.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by gt99d in circumstances including: the relevant event being abandoned or postponed beyond the permitted window, a manifest odds error, or a determination that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's gt99d wallet.

7.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series, the following rules apply: matches must complete the minimum number of overs required under the applicable tournament's Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) regulations for bets to stand. Where a match is abandoned before this threshold is reached, all match bets will be voided and stakes returned. Player performance markets are subject to the player participating in the relevant game; if a nominated player does not bat, bowl, or field as applicable, the relevant bets will be voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gt99d platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account on gt99d, whether under your own name or a fictitious identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform;
• Exploiting known bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the gt99d platform's software or pricing systems;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion in relation to sporting events offered on gt99d;
• Attempting to launder funds through the gt99d platform or using the platform for any form of financial fraud;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards gt99d staff or other platform users;
• Allowing any other person to access or use your gt99d account;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gt99d platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, interface designs, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of gt99d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gt99d platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the gt99d platform without the prior written consent of gt99d.

The names, logos, and trademarks of third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) displayed on gt99d remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are used under licence.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Nothing in these Terms shall limit gt99d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by gt99d

gt99d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or any conduct that gt99d reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform or other players.

13.2 Termination by Player

You may close your gt99d account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are subject to the resolution of any pending withdrawals, active bonus wagering requirements, or outstanding disputes. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure, after all obligations are settled, will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account — whether initiated by you or by gt99d — any unused bonus funds will be forfeited immediately. Your obligation to abide by these Terms in respect of any conduct that occurred prior to termination survives the closure of your account.

14 Amendments to These Terms

gt99d reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where the amendments are material, gt99d will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification.
